Edmonds Mystery Plaza

I have driven by this plaza numerous times, some civic plaza or transit place? Today, I spotted a parking place so I thought I would discover what it was or what it was called . . . it wasn't on the Parks & Rec website . . .

Ok, I have been up inside the central plaza area, around 3/4 of the bottom, not a sign, so up the other side . . .

Wastewater Treatment Plant. . . not even on my list of possibilities

And though I didn't find it anywhere on the property, I did finally find the name - Dayton Street Plaza
