    aw, ok, time for me to say Sister Google is my quote friend, hmm the one above I am thinking might have come from the multitude of books I have been reading, amazingly I don't remember at the moment, used to have a copy these Yoga Sutras as required by one of my teachers, no more, sigh - oh how will I ever read everything - guess I won't
