Dilemma Part II - DNA Tribe

Wait a minute so my DNA shows I belong to H5a1. Someone else was happy to be H5a1.

But how do I know if I am in a good group or bad group. After all, some of us Northern European types have difficulty playing well with others, my house isn't big enough, I'll just take yours, too.

I had the memory of moving to Washington State, someone telling me they lived on Mercer Island (there intention was to impress me) but not being from here. I was clueless as that fact.

So let's see
H5a1 is a subgroup of H5

Haplogroup: H5, a subgroup of H
  • Age: greater than 15,000 years
  • Region: Europe, Near East
  • Populations: Lebanese, Polish, Irish
  • Highlight: H5 is most common in Lebanon.

  • Ok, according to the site I am the larger group with

    Famous People
    • A2
      Eva Longoria
    • C
      Yo-Yo Ma
    • H
Luke the Evangelist, Marie Antoinette, Napoleon Bonaparte, Prince Philip, Susan Sarandon
    • Dr. Oz
    • H3
      Jimmy Buffett
    • H4a
      Warren Buffett
    • J1
      Mario Batali
    • K
Katie Couric, Meryl Streep, Stephen Colbert
    • Mike Nichols
    • L0d
      Desmond Tutu
    • Malcolm Gladwell
    • M8a
      Kristi Yamaguchi
    • T2
      Jesse James
    • Henry Louis Gates, Jr.
    • V
      Benjamin Franklin, Bono

Ok then looking good, Meryl Streep, Desmond Tutu. I can live with that. Oh, wait am I thinking I have a chance about my DNA. Maybe. Oh, Susan Sarandon I see. Love her.

Now if I only knew which part of the Balkans.

And here is some of the 100 plus people on the site I am DNA related to

    Your Family and Friends
    • Japanese Person
    • Chinese Person
    • Mary
    • Nigerian Person
    • U2e
      Aletha
    • W6
      Tomas

Interesting combination, me the only H5a1 in the lot.
I am, in point of fact, a particularly haughty and exclusive person, of
pre-Adamite ancestral descent. You will understand this when I tell you
that I can trace my ancestry back to a protoplasmal primordial atomic
globule. Consequently, my family pride is something inconceivable. I
can't help it. I was born sneering.

Yes, but was he a H5a1

    2. oh my friend it is all Martian to me, the difference is I just have fun looking at it, I don't really have a pull to understand all the numbers or meanings.

Now Sudoku, I tried picking up a book in the store again, but I need to find one that says the superduper easiest ever Sudoku for kids.

After my next sure you wouldn't rather I posted in Martian
