and what a peaceful, beautiful place this is, if I lived nearer I would spending a lot of time here

the metal artwork on the "pier" - nice touch
I was fascinating by the birds flying so close to the surface of the water, and quick they were . . . took me
awhile to capture a picture of some of them before they were gone
this was an unusual bench, so low, I think it was less than 2 ft off the ground, too low for me, luckily th picnic tables were normally height
now I am thinking kayaking may be back on my to do list
